Hello & Welcome EVERYONE!
I'd love to say I've got 202 employees working for me, but the truth is.... I'm a one woman operation for the time being.
I search for the very best ingredients and organic bases to create products safe for your use, using only 100% pure essential oils. I'm always on the lookout for the most attractive bottles and jars to put my precious babies inside. I spend endless hours creating ad copy for the labels so you can easily read the benefits, how to use the product and list the ingredients without the use of a magnifying glass.
After the products are created, I now have to jump out of my comfort zone going door to door selling to businesses. I face lots of rejection and some angry people, but it's worth it when I meet people who appreciate eco friendly, natural, organic products. These are usually the same people who respect and take care of our planet, my kind of people.
My inspiration for starting the business are for two main reasons.
Since a young girl, my nose always loved wonderful scents, probably something I inherited from my mother. I started out with perfumes/colognes, Estee Lauder being my favorite. Then.... one special day I discovered essential oils and I let the synthetic stuff go. After much research, I found these nasty chemicals were dangerous for our health . Essential oils smell so much more refreshing, natural and not so over bearing like some perfumes. Essential oils are expressed from flowers, leaves, seeds, tree bark and other interesting ways from nature.
Inspiration number two. While working for corporate America, I grew exhausted and depressed from working around bullies,
a lot of them slackers who were cruel to people like myself, probably because I was good at my job and they felt
threatened due to their own insecurities. My sensitive soul bounced from job to job to job, trying to find peace and balance in the work place, getting out from under all those heavy florescent lights, loud noise, nasty gossip, awful backstabbing and idiot bosses.
I never found that job.
One day my daughter Ashley suggested I start my own business, so I took her advice and started the biz in 2005.
I'm not their yet, but my aim is to give back to our society, like planting thousands of trees, creating jobs for people who care about our planet and take pride in their work, therefore, receiving a respectful salary with healthy benefits and made to feel like they are more than just a body. I will create a working atmosphere where bullying will not be tolerated and we all work together in harmony and balance.
There are so many charitable organizations I want to be involved with, like teaching people how to be respectful to our
environment, helping battered women and children, the hungry and homeless, animals.... the list goes on and on. I hope and pray you'll be a part of making this happen while we continue to create products safe for people, pets and the environment.
